Your first session includes FREE consultation outlining your specific goals. We will design the complete program for you at no additional charge including any type of exercise and eating program that takes place outside our class sessions. Call for quote on the 16 week makeover program. "Commitment" means once you and your personal trainer commit to working together, we take you achieving your goals as seriously as you do. We will be your trainer and you will be our client just as if we were working one on one. Your goals and how fast that you tell us you want to reach them will determine the number of exercise sessions you do per week...both in and out of our studio. You can exercise up to four times per week with us in the studio. One exercise session each week is the minimum to be in our program. |
