Steve Kemp, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, our founder is a current World Champion Masters Athlete and began the company with a vision in mind! To teach you the secrets of fitness that he learned throughout a lifetime of athletic achievement.




Justin Kemp, NCSF certified personal trainer brings his enthusiasm and passion for fitness to BORN TO WIN! Justin is an athletic conditioning specialist, working with youth as well as adult athletes to become superior in their chosen sport.
