As a world champion athlete, it has become my mission to help others achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. You need these 6 things to make it happen for you:
1) Taking some time for yourself to exercise. And then, they need to be the right exercises for what you are trying to accomplish!
2) An affordable and expertly designed program that takes you from point A (where you are now) to point B. (your goal)
3) Motivation , support and knowledge that your personal trainer will be sharing with you. This includes all of the tools you will discover that allow the roadblocks in our mind to disappear. So by beginning with the proper mindset and building upon your daily success with us, you will see how these daily achievements will strengthen your beliefs that THIS TIME....IT REALLY IS WORKING! Prevent yo-yoing! Yo yo's are caused mostly by dieting without exercise.
4) TO RAISE YOUR METABOLISM: The exercise part of your program MUST include the correct exercises tailored for the needs of your particular sport or activity. If you are trying to lose weight/excess body fat, the key is us helping you to permanently raise your metabolism....it makes everything else much easier!
5) Having some fun while getting in shape. Our classes have a little bit of everything but we start with MUSIC. The exercises are called "functional training" which means no gym machines are used. You will learn them easily in the class. Some strength training, some balance work, some cardio, stretches, pilates utilized with interval training makes our 55 minute sessions like no other you have ever seen. We are now in our 7th year, continuously tweaking our program with now well over 1,000 success stories.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 9:25 a.m. (including July 4th)
All classes just $25 each in the studio.
Wednesday cardio class at San Jose City College football stadium: July 1, 15, 22 and 29th only.
IMPORTANT: Regarding all of our classes:
REGISTER FIRST which assures a quality workout for all by limiting each class size. Each registrant is provided with their own fitness equipment for each class. Choice of nutritional plans FREE if you want weight loss. Also goal setting session, monthly consultations with goal achievement and re-setting higher goals all are FREE! I will write up your complete customized weight loss program for you. You come to our classes (1-4 per week depending on your goals). Lowest cost nutritional weight loss program in Silicon Valley! And most successful! Once you have joined our program, you pick an initial class time to start and after your first session, you fill out your "GOAL SHEET" so we can customize your workout program for you. You let us know the class or classes each week that you want to attend. If you miss a class, you may drop in to any other class on the schedule, if you wish.
